Terms and Conditions Give Away

1. Organizer
This contest is organized by Wiener Messe und Congress GmbH (VIECON).

This contest is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platforms and is neither sponsored nor endorsed by them.

2. Entry Period
The contest runs from April 20, 2026, through April 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CEST.

3. Eligibility Requirements
All natural persons aged 18 or older who are residents of the EU are eligible to participate.
Participation requires signing up for our newsletter during the entry period.
Participation is free of charge.
Multiple entries or automated entries are excluded. Employees of the organizer are also excluded from participation.

4. Prize
We will raffle off the following among all valid new subscriptions:
🎁 3 goodie packages, each worth €100
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random and notified by email within 7 days of the end of the contest.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be re-awarded.

6. Privacy Policy
The data collected (name, email address, and, in the event of a win, mailing address) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and sending our newsletter.

7. Exclusion from the Contest
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the terms and conditions (e.g., fake email addresses, multiple registrations, technical manipulation).

8. Changes or termination of the contest
The organizer is entitled to change, interrupt, or terminate the contest at any time for good cause.

9. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions; the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
