Whistleblowing System:

The EU Directive on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law ("EU Whistleblowing Directive") entered into force in December 2021 and has been implemented through the Whistleblower Protection Act. In accordance with the EU Directive, the Act requires the establishment of a reporting channel for the confidential reporting of breaches of EU law.

Vienna Holding is committed to integrity, transparency, and compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies. To allow for the confidential reporting of potential legal violations, compliance breaches, or other misconduct, an external reporting channel is available in accordance with the Austrian Whistleblower Protection Act.
