Clear Information for a Structured Process

At VIECON, defined access routes and loading zones are available for the delivery of materials and exhibits.

Delivery Points:

  • Multifunctional Halls: Trabrennstrasse 5 / Gate 1
  • Congress Center: Messeplatz 1
  • On-site support is provided by our partner companies CAM and DHL.

Key Information According to House Rules

Parking & Stopping

No parking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Parking is only permitted in parking garages and designated areas.

Loading & Unloading

Short-term stopping is permitted under traffic regulations (StVO) only for loading and unloading operations.

After Unloading

Vehicles must be immediately relocated or leave the site.

Overnight Stay

Camping or sleeping in vehicles is not permitted.

Towing

Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense and risk.

Vehicle Display

The Technical Guidelines apply within the halls.
